Having a growth mindset is POWERFUL!  There are lots of ways we can cultivate a growth mindset each day...

Mantras and encouraging statements, meditation, reading personal development books and even listening to podcasts!   Awareness is key. 

Our thoughts have the power to send us spiraling into a darkness that can be hard to navigate through, but if we work them right, they also have the power to bring us back to “light” and Love!

Isn’t it a bit strange that we don’t always know what’s happening in our brain at any given moment? For example, in the heat of a moment, do you ever stop yourself and think...”why am I reacting this way?”  It’s often not for the reason we think!  

Deciphering our minds is a process, but staying intentional with it can actually be fun and easy!  Turns out there is a way that we can learn how to cope and react to situations in positive ways without making a visit to our therapists! So, have you ever heard the term mindfulness? 

So how do we know when we need to take a pause and start intentionally navigating our thoughts? Negative situations and emotions can pop up at any time unannounced...that’s the AWARENESS that I mentioned at the beginning.  

Being aware of entering a room and what your attitude is.  Being aware of someone else’s “attitude” wanting to pull you in... As a society we are SO conditioned to respond in a complaining manner it’s often THE core of most conversations!

Remember: Just because life may seem dark currently doesn’t mean it always will be.

The path of life is full of twists and turns. That’s something that is inevitable! But we can learn from each one, and use them to realign to a positive direction.

Your life is what you make it, so choose to make it glorious!
